FORM FILL UP FOR B.A/B.Sc./ B.COM (Hons+Gen+Major) Semester – 5, EXAM 2024 (Under CBCS)

The System of oline submission of application for B.A/B.Sc./B.COM 5^th SEM (UNDER CBCS) Exam FORM FILLUP NOTIFICATION FOR 2024 will be available on & From 10^th December 2024.

Admission & Exam Fees Payment Website: mkcadmission.com

It is mandatory for the students  

• To take a Printout of their Application form filled up online from cuexamwindow.in / cuexam.net 
• Sign in proper places mentioned in the hard copy of the filled-up form 
• Exam fees should be submitted in online mode through mkcadmission.com

ONLINE ACTIVITY	DURATION
Online form fill-up & submission of duly signed hard copies at the College Office. 1. Print out of duly filled up form 2. Exam fees payment receipt 3. Admission fees payment receipt	10/12/2024 to 17/12/2024

SUPPLY EXAM STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO PAY THE EXAM FEES AND Rs. 300 CASUAL ADMISSION FEES.

LAST DATE OF SUBMITED EXAM FORM WITHIN 17.12.2024 (POSITIVELY).

Physical Copy Submission Time: 8.00 AM TO 10.00AM at the College Office.

Documents Required to submit Exam Form:

1.  Printout of filled Exam form.
2.  Exam & Admission Payment receipt.
