There is a Students’ Counselling Committee of formed under the chairmanship of the principle and some teachers as active members of the Committee. The committee counsel the students of the college in academic and allied issues. There is a opinion box adjacent to the room of the principle. Students may submit statement regarding their problems in writing.
There is an arrangement for career development and placement of students through Students’ Career Development and Placement Counselling Committee. There is a regular display of information for seminars, workshops, employment opportunities on college notice board, Seminars, workshop are arranged by reputed professional organization like ICS, NIIT, Aptec, Globsyn Business School, Dreamzone etc. to provide knowledge about various career opportunities and to increase interview facing skills of students. Another add-on advantage for students is the availability of important and necessary books, newspapers, magazines and study materials to get prepared for different competitive examinations of the Central Govt. and the State Govt. This college has a tie up with WEBEL Technology Ltd. (A Govt. of West Bengal Undertaking) to provide computer literacy and training programme for the college students.
