Established as a visionary initiative of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), the Incubation Centre at Maharani Kasiswari College is dedicated to bridging the gap between academic curriculum and professional employability. Our mission is to equip students with practical, industry-relevant skills through a continuous series of tuition-free workshops and expert-led sessions in collaboration with partners like Ideas for Future. By focusing on hands-on training and responding directly to student feedback, we aim to boost confidence for campus interviews and job fairs, ensuring our graduates are not just educated, but truly workforce-ready.
