- Provisional Confirmation Certificate generated from Admission Portal (https://wbcap.in).
- Admit Card of Class X/ Birth Certificate.
- Marksheet of Class XII.
- Caste Certificate issued from Govt. of West Bengal only (if applicable).
- BPL Certificate (if applicable).
- EWS Certificate (if applicable).
- Certificate for disability (if applicable).
- Aadhar Card.
- 1 copy Coloured Passport size Photo.
